In a video published on August 6, the couple hugged it out after many years of separation and online quarrels.
Despite their history, the former lovebirds say they have agreed to act as co-parents to their children.
According to Afia Schwarzenegger, the decision for the former couple to bury the hatchet and act as co-parents is problematic.
During a recent TikTok live interaction, Afia Schwarzenegger expressed concerns for Vanessa Nicole's safety, referencing Funny Face's past mental health troubles.

The viral sensation argued that Vanessa Nicole would not be safe if the co-parenting decision reignites their old flame.
"If it's co-parenting, we thank God because Funny Face needs to see his kids. Under no circumstances should a father be blocked from their children because of a breakup. Everyone needs a father," she said.
"Co-parenting? Yes. Relationship? No...This will be a time bomb. I cannot say I'm happy for them when I know one will kill the other eventually. That's the truth. I have been in a domestic violence situation, and no one can tell that story better than me," Afia Schwarzenegger added.
Funny Face and Vanessa have been at loggerheads for many years. The last time Funny Face and Vanessa were spotted together in the same room was on Monday, February 17, 2024, for the launch of the movie Love Rules.
Speaking to entertainment analyst Yaw Boadu-Ayeboafoh about Funny Face and Vanessa Nicole's reunion, he said,
"There needs to be a health expert involved in this conversation and the relationship going forward. Funny Face needs to open himself up to regular assistance from physicians. His children don't deserve another episode from their father."

The two sat in opposite corners of the room and declined to answer questions about their relationship.
