Actor turned politician John Dumelo is making waves once again, this time, not on screen or in Parliament, but on his poultry farm.
In a recent update shared online, he proudly showed that his poultry farm had produced over 500 crates of eggs, just months after he launched an expansion of the project in January 2025.

In Janaury 2025, Dumelo built a coop and stocked it with chicks, signalling his continued passion for agriculture.
The decision to invest in egg production is part of his broader commitment to promoting sustainable farming in Ghana.
The Ayawaso West Wuogon Member of Parliament left many people in awe when he took to his Instagram page to share a video of the results.
In the video, crates of eggs were being loaded into the trunk of the pickup truck with the help of his workers. On the floor, there were several crates were stacked in tens.
"We deliver on time. Want some eggs?" he asked
Dumelo is no stranger to the farming world. Over the years, he has cultivated various crops, including maize, ginger, and tomatoes, consistently using his platform to advocate for youth involvement in agriculture.
Now serving as Deputy Minister of Agriculture, his farming journey perfectly aligns with his political role.
His hands-on experience in the field gives him a unique perspective on the challenges Ghanaian farmers face daily.
