This followed allegations made by US-based Ghanaian comedienne Afia Schwarzenegger, who emotionally accused the hospital of breaching confidentiality by publicly sharing the news of the singer’s passing. In a video shared online, Afia criticised the facility for what she described as unprofessional conduct.

In an official statement, the hospital dismissed the accusations and reiterated its commitment to patient privacy and ethical medical practices. It further emphasised the quality care provided to the Enko Den hitmaker during his final days, adding that it remained respectful of the family’s grieving process.
