Prophet Kumchacha visited Daddy Lumba's residence to commiserate with the late musician's wife and family.
His visit comes in the wake of the late musician's passing away on July 26, 2025, after a short illness. It was reported that he died at The Bank Hospital in Accra that day.

In light of this, many Ghanaian celebrities, the media have thronged the Ankwanoma hitmaker's residence to console the family.
However, a video from Lumba's residence that was captured on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, showed Prophet Kumchacha signing the book of condolence.
The leader of Heaven's Gate Ministries did not write his tribute off the top of his head, and neither did he write it from the heart. He was captured flipping the previous page and copying the tribute of that person on a new page.
