Kubala Kingdom: King Atehene to 'Evacuate' Ghanaians to Ancestral Home in Scotland

Kofi Offeh, aka King Atehene, a Ghanaian man in Scotland, who claims to be a king of a lost African tribe, has shared his hope to recruit more people into his self-proclaimed kingdom.

Kofi is the leader of a small group which calls itself the Kingdom of Kubala.
The group consists of three members: King Atehene, Queen Nandi, and a Texas woman named Kaura Taylor, now known as Asnat, who was previously reported missing.
The Kubala Kingdom deems itself the 'rightful occupants of Scotland'. They believe they are descendants of native black Jacobites, who were black Highlanders living in Scotland over 400 years ago.
In a recent video, Kofi, the Kubala King, announced that he had foreseen a great exodus of Africans, particularly Ghanaians and Kenyans, to reclaim their lost life in Scotland.
"The creator has sent me to the land to bring you back home to the place you belong. You have lost your identity, pride, home and heritage. I am your messiah," King Atehene said in his message to Ghanaians and Kenyans.
The viral sensation referred to the upcoming exodus to the Biblical version led by Moses.
"Prepare yourselves if you're in Ghana and Kenya. You shall be seeing the messiah and the tribe of Kubala soon. You shall walk on foot through the wilderness to the promised land," he added.
The self-styled king identified two items—fugu (a traditional handwoven cloth predominantly worn by the northern tribes of Ghana) and bodua (an Akan term for a whisk usually wielded by royal leaders and priests during functions)—as the requirements for the pilgrimage.

Kofi Offeh's Ghanaian background emerges
Kofi Offeh, is a Ghanaian man who lives an off-grid nomadic lifestyle in tents and practices ritual bathing in adherence to Kubala culture.
As reported by YEN.com.gh, the 36-year-old from Ghana and his queen, Jean Gasho from Zimbabwe, have been residing in the wooded area near Jedburgh, in the Scottish Borders, about 41 miles south of Edinburgh.
