Many Ghanaians have dropped their two cents concerning a burial ceremony of a bodybuilder.

A deceased, identified as kennedy nana kwame mensah, who was reportedly once a bodybuilder., was honoured in a weird and absurd way by his friends and colleagues.

According to report, the 37-year-old bodybuilder, popularly known as Kenny Mends passed away days after he was battling a yet-to-be-disclosed illness.

At the time of filing this report, not much information was provided about his death, however, his burial was held on Saturday, August 9, 2025.

Kenny Mends was survived by seven siblings, his wife and a child.

Bodybuilders honour late colleague with push-ups

In a video spotted by YEN.com.gh, a group of bodybuilders paid tribute to Kennedy in a grand style before his burial.

They were captured flexing their muscles and performing push-ups in his honour. This, indeed, caught the attention of mourners who stood by the side watching their performance.

They all surrounded the coffin of their friend and colleague, cheering the crowd with their flex.
