Renowned prophet, Nigel Gaisie, has taken to social media to mourn the loss of Dr Samuel Sarpong, a prominent Ghanaian politician and public servant.

In a deeply emotional post on his Facebook page, Prophet Gaisie expressed his profound grief following the sudden death of the former Ashanti Regional Minister.
The man of God spoke about the relationship they both had with President John Mahama and how he frequently requested that the president be prayed for.
He said the relationship between the two was not only personal but also rooted in their shared political connection.

Nigel Gaisie pays tribute to Dr Sarpong
Gaisie also acknowledged the guidance and friendship he had with the deceased, especially during the National Democratic Congress's (NDC) time in opposition.
He wrote:
"For the past nine years, Dr Sarpong, I've cherished the love and fellowship you've shown me, Daddy. Your constant request for my prayers for 'John', as you affectionately called the President and the NDC, meant a lot to me."
Prophet Gaisie spoke about the deep sense of loss he feels, emphasising how much he would miss their regular conversations.
"Death is indeed cruel. Your absence will be deeply felt, especially by me."
The prophet also expressed his sorrow over the loss to the government, prophets, family, and friends, acknowledging Dr Sarpong's significant impact on their lives.
