"This is funny and painful, where we have such a system that allows people to pretend and lie. Everyone who is sensible and smart, when they watch this video, will know the girl was pretending and acting.
At what point did I hit you? At what point did I, Ralph, touch you? Every time people do this. We are fixing the system, and we will do everything to fix it. I am not afraid in any way. The majority of people have experienced this. They are doing this to cover their nonsense, irresponsibility, and negligence."
In the caption of the post, Ralph indicated that he has evidence to prove all his claims when the time is due.

"Ridge Hospital and the Union of Professional Nurses and Midwives, my black box is intact. Bring it, and I will expose you more. I dare you to bring the CCTV footage, to the whole world", he wrote.

Reactions to Ralph St. Williams’ disclosure
Social media users took to the comments section of the video to share different opinions on Ralph St. Williams’ statement.
Seth Atta Appiah stated:
"That’s why we have to install CCTV in the communal areas, hallways, and general wards. Not for invasion of privacy, but for the protection of patients and staff."
Julius Cizer opined:
"Government can play its part in developing a country, but it takes citizens to make it happen. With the mentality of Ghanaians, we are not ready for a better Ghana. The abroad we all rushed to was developed by the mentality of its citizens."
Eric Allotey stated;
"Your account does not align with the available evidence. Video recordings from witnesses on the day of the incident show that Ralph was focused on the individual in critical condition who required immediate attention. It is therefore unclear why you claim he instructed others to be ignored in favor of attending to him."
Miah Brown stated:
"Injured hand paah, moving this way. If indeed she was assaulted, the police would have arrested Ralph, because the police were there. This is just a cooked-up story to cover things up. I’m in total support of the eggs and schnapps , someone must speak the truth."
