Through his legal representative Jenny Wiltshire, the Ghanaian international has denied all allegations and reiterated his cooperation with authorities.

“Thomas Partey denies all the charges against him. He has fully cooperated with the police and CPS throughout their three-year investigation. He now welcomes the opportunity to finally clear his name,” Wiltshire said in a public statement.

The timing of the charges closely followed the expiration of Partey’s contract with Arsenal, marking the end of his five-year stay at the North London club.

Just days after his departure, the case against him moved into the next phase with a formal court date.
