According to several reports, Thomas Frank's side is in advanced talks to sign Brazilian winger Savinho, who would join the likes of Mohammed Kudus and Palhinha as recruits for the Europa League holders.

Savinho to join Tottenham
Savinho, who joined City from Troyes for £30.8 million last summer, contributed three goals and 13 assists in 48 appearances last season, according to Transfermarkt.
With the upcoming World Cup in mind, Savinho is reportedly seeking more playing time to secure a spot in Brazil's squad under Carlo Ancelotti. Tottenham, under new head coach Thomas Frank, are offering a platform for regular first-team football, which could be appealing to the young winger.
Negotiations are ongoing, and while City are reluctant to sell, they are open to discussions if an acceptable offer is made. The situation remains fluid, with both clubs keen on reaching an agreement.
According to AS Diario, Manchester City value the 21-year-old Brazilian at £67 million. Following an initial £42 million bid, Spurs are preparing an improved offer. City, however, are holding out for a significantly higher fee, potentially doubling Savinho's current market value.
